- Make ready 1/4 tsp celery salt( optional, I added this )
Combine the sugar, vinegar, apple, thyme and sea salt in a medium sauce pot. Dressing your roasted vegetables and kielbasa with a German potato salad-inspired vinaigrette adds just the right amount of brightness to complement the meal. Add kielbasa, zucchini and pepper, season with salt and pepper. TO MAKE AS A FREEZER MEAL.

- preheat oven to 400°F. divide sweet potatoes, onion and carrots between 2 greased 15x10x1 inch baking pans. drizzle with oil; toss to cost. roast 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- add kielbasa or sausage, squash, zucchini, and tomatoes to pans ; sprinkle with salts and pepper. roast another 15 ~ to 20 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender. transfer to a serving bowl; toss to combine. if desired serve with mustard.
Place onions and carrots in a gallon sized ziplock bag. Roasted links and your choice of vegetables on one large cooking tray - lined with foil for easy clean up! Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Easy Kielbasa, Apple and Brussels Sprout supper. I used an organic gala apple but a tart Granny Smith would be great to use too!.
