  3. Place fish on rack during the last two to three minutes of rice cook time. Cover, and cook. If you don't have a rack fold sides of foil and place directly on top of rice. How many minutes will be determined by the size of your filet.
  4. When timer goes off carefully remove fish from on top of rice, scoop out desired amount of rice, and lay your filet over rice. Serve with your choice of vegetables, and additional seasoning.
