- Cut the bitter melon lengthwise. Carefully remove the seeds and slice. Boil for about 30 seconds in hot water, and drain.
- Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with the ■ seasonings. Mix all the ○ ingredients to make the miso paste.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork from Step 2. When the pork has browned, turn the heat off, add the miso paste, and mix well.

- Finally, add the bitter melon from Step 1 and after thoroughly mixing in the miso it's done.
